Cimco NC Base
CNC PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
CIMCO NC-Base is a CNC program management tool that allows helix to organise and manage our CNC programs and related production documents. Achieving stringent product and quality goals today requires that the correct information and data get to the right individuals and equipment as efficiently as possible. NC-Base is the CNC program management tool that allows us to organise and manage our CNC programs and related production documents most effectively through the use of a reliable and fast SQL relational database, it also offers full traceability with individual user rights to programs which keeps our database secure.
Edgecam Designer
A recent addition to our systems is Edgecam Designer which fills the gap between CAD and CAM. From fixture design, to part repair & modification, EDGECAM Designer is the ultimate CAD solution for taking geometry through to manufacture. EDGECAM Designer imports data from a wide variety of exchange formats including Parasolid, IGES, STEP, ACIS, DXF, DWG, STL and VDA files as well as native data from the following CAD systems:

Edgecam CAD-CAM
Edgecam, a market leading Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system for NC part programming, offers a complete solution for milling, turning and mill/turn programming with unparalleled ease of use and sophisticated tool path generation. Edgecam provides our programming office with the tools they need to feed programs to the whole of the shop floor, it allows us to accept a wide range of solid model inputs from customers and enables us to machine complex 5 axis components, we can also adapt the latest milling strategies that allow us to reduce cycle times and ultimately cost.
Sage 50 Cloud Accounts
We invested in Sage 50 Cloud to handle all our financial accounts as it seamlessly integrates with our Factory Master MRP Software which ensures accurate billing and security of all data.
